1. Who we are
This website is operated by THENADSHOP LIMITED, trading as The NAD Shop ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17314871, with its registered office at 105 Fairfield Park Road, Bath BA1 6JR, England. You can contact us at help@thenadshop.com or through our contact page. By placing an order you agree to these terms, together with our Shipping policy, Refund policy and Privacy policy.
2. Our products
We sell NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) in pre-mixed cartridges and vials for subcutaneous self-administration, together with a reusable auto-injector pen and consumables. Our products are sold for personal wellness use by adults. They are not licensed medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Nothing on this website is medical advice. Speak to a licensed healthcare professional before starting any injectable protocol, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active or historic cancer, have atrial fibrillation, are immunosuppressed, have had an organ transplant, have Lyme disease or take regular medication.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you are 18 or over, that the products are for your own use, and that you will follow the quick-start guide supplied with your kit.
4. Orders and contract
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods and send you a dispatch email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred or where we believe the order is not for personal use; in those cases you will be refunded in full.
5. Prices and payment
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery within the United Kingdom is free. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify's secure payment providers. Discount codes cannot be combined unless stated.
6. Subscriptions
Subscription orders renew at the frequency you choose until you pause or cancel. You can pause, skip or cancel at any time from your account before the next renewal date. Renewal prices are the prices shown at the time of renewal.
7. Delivery, returns and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping policy and returns by our Refund policy. Because NAD+ is a sterile, temperature-controlled product, opened or dispatched cartridges, vials and needles cannot be returned unless faulty.
8. Safe use and storage
Store cartridges and vials in the fridge at 2 to 8°C, away from light, and use them within their expiry date. Use a fresh sterile micro-needle for every injection, dispose of needles in the sharps bin provided, and never share pens or needles. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience an adverse reaction.
9. Content on this website
Articles, guides and the dosage calculator are provided for education only. We take care to keep them accurate and to reference published research, but we do not guarantee that they are complete or current, and they do not replace advice from your doctor or prescriber.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable when the contract was made, for losses caused by your failure to follow the storage and usage instructions supplied with the product, or for business losses.
11. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos and the dosage calculator, belongs to THENADSHOP LIMITED or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
13. Law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you have a complaint, email help@thenadshop.com and we will do our best to resolve it quickly. Your statutory rights are not affected.
