Sale price  £149.00 Regular price  £185.00

One cartridge. Ten doses. The unit of the whole system.

Buy it as a top-up when you've been dosing more often than usual, as a spare to keep in the fridge so you never run dry mid-rhythm, or as a way to test how a lighter month feels before committing to a full refill kit.

What's in the box

  • 1 × 500mg / 3ml NAD+ cartridge (10 doses of 50mg)
  • 10 × sterile, individually wrapped micro-needles
  • 10 × antibacterial wipes
  • 1 × sharps bin for safe disposal
  • 1 × quick-reference dosing card

Doesn't include the auto-injector pen or the travel case.

How to use it

Ten doses of 0.3ml. At one dose daily for three days and then every other day, a single cartridge covers around two and a half weeks. Bring it up from fridge temperature for 20–30 minutes before seating it, dose at 45° into the stomach, hip or outer thigh, and rotate the site each time.

Good to know

  • Storage: refrigerated. It tolerates room temperature for a few weeks, so travel isn't a problem.
  • Shelf life: 12 months unopened.
  • Colour: clear to faintly yellow — that's the NAD+ itself.
  • Compatibility: fits every NAD+ Injection Pen we sell.

01 — How to use

How to use your NAD+ Refill Cartridge

A single cartridge, for topping up between refills or keeping a spare in the fridge.

  1. 01

    Warm it first

Twenty to thirty minutes out of the fridge before you seat it. Cold solution stings more.

  2. 02

    Seat it in the pen

Unscrew the pen, remove the spent cartridge, drop this one in and close it up.

  3. 03

    Fresh needle, prime, dose

New micro-needle every time. Dial 0.3ml, prime until a bead appears, inject at 45° into a fatty area and rotate the site.

  4. 04

    Dispose safely

Used needle straight into the sharps bin. Never reuse or share a needle.

Ten 50mg doses (0.3ml). Daily for three days, then every other day, works out to roughly two and a half weeks. Store refrigerated; 12 months unopened.

Frequently asked questions

The questions customers ask most before starting. Anything missing? Talk to us.

When would I buy one cartridge instead of a refill kit? +

Three situations: you've been dosing more often than planned and you're short before your next refill; you want a spare in the fridge so you never run dry mid-cycle; or you're travelling and would rather carry one cartridge than two.

How many doses is that? +

Ten doses of 50mg (0.3ml each). At the usual daily-then-every-other-day rhythm, about two and a half weeks. Ten needles and ten wipes come with it — one per dose.

Does it include the pen? +

No, and no travel case either. This is the consumable on its own. If you don't own a pen yet, start with the Discovery Kit or the full Injection Pen Kit.

Is the price per dose worse than the refill kit? +

Slightly, yes — the two-cartridge refill kit is the better value per dose. This one exists for convenience and for not running out, not for saving money.

How long does it keep? +

12 months unopened, refrigerated. It tolerates room temperature for a few weeks, so travel and delivery delays aren't a problem.

Who shouldn't use it? +

Adults 18+ only. Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or if you have a current or previous cancer diagnosis, an organ transplant, immunosuppression, a heart-rhythm condition such as atrial fibrillation, or significant liver or kidney impairment. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you take prescribed medication or you're unsure, speak to your doctor before starting.
